#AlDub craze invades schools
Write AlDub for True, Yakie for False
(SPOT.ph) If you feel as though the #AlDub phenomenon has taken over your Facebook feed, brace yourselves because it doesn't stop there. Even teachers are getting in on the fun.
A Twitter user shared a photo of his Web Programming and Development midterm exam with some interesting instructions. Instead of the usual True or False answers, students were told to write "ALDUB" for correct statements, and "YAKIE" for incorrect statements.

Despite the pop culture reference, the teacher didn't make it any easier for the students with a grading scheme of right minus 50% of the wrong answer.
AlDub is a portmanteau of the Eat Bulaga love team of Alden Richards and Yaya Dub (also known as Maine Mendoza). "Yakie" refers to Frankie Amoy Arinoli (played by Jose Manalo), the man Yaya Dub is forced to marry in the "KalyeSerye."
The segment on the daily noontime variety show has reportedly been conquering ratings; its August 12 episode has the highest rating for GMA Network in 2015. The episode also scored ratings four times higher than its ABS-CBN counterpart, It's Showtime.
