Netflix officially launches in the Philippines
Here's what we know so far.
(SPOT.ph) It's not the holiday season anymore but it definitely feels like Christmas for Pinoy TV and movie fans. Netflix has officially launched in 130 countries, including the Philippines.
Users can choose between three plan options: Basic (P370/month), Standard (P460/month), Premium (P550/month), with each plan having specific features (below):
If you just want to test the waters, the first month is available for free. and you can also choose to cancel your subscription at any time. In terms of app availability, you can access Netflix on iOS and Android, your desktop, or your TV (PlayStation, Smart TV, XBox, or Apple TV).
We still don't know how much of their current library will be available in the Philippines, but Netflix U.S. is home to a roster of movies that changes every month. They also have original TV content like House of Cards, Orange is the New Black, Marvel's Jessica Jones, Narcos, and the true-crime documentary hit, Making a Murderer.
