(SPOT.ph) Rom-com lovers, it's finally here! After releasing a short teaser trailer for TV on June 5, Star Cinema has unveiled the first trailer of its upcoming film, The Achy Breaky Hearts.
We finally know more about the love triangle between the characters of Jodi Sta. Maria and her two teleserye leading men, Ian Veneracion and Richard Yap. She plays Chinggay, a 30-something coping with the pressures of being single at her age.
After going through a seven-year relationship drought, she finally meets the handsome romantic, Ryan (Veneracion), who may still have feelings for his former girlfriend (Sarah Lahbati). At the same time, she also stumbles upon her charming ex, Frank (Yap), who is more than eager to rekindle their relationship.
Directed by Antoinette Jadaone, the film hits theaters June 29.
