(SPOT.ph) 2016 has been a great year for the local film industry. If you missed out any must-see gems from this year, you still have a chance to see them in cinemas!
Head to Cinema '76 from December 16 to 24 to catch the second week of Indie Bravo!, which showcases some of the best local films of 2016, including Lav Diaz's Ang Babaeng Humayo, Mario Cornejo's Apocalypse Child, Ice Idanan's Sakaling Hindi Makarating, and Lem Lorca's Ned's Project.
You can also see some must-watch restored classics from 1976, including Lino Brocka's Insiang and Mario O'Hara's Tatlong Taong Walang Diyos.
Regular tickets are priced at P150 (and P300 for the eight-hour Hele Sa Hiwagang Hapis). You can reserve tickets online, or if you're lucky, you can catch limited seats via walk-ins on the day of the screening.
