Here's how you can watch Oscar nominee Arrival before its official release date

(SPOT.ph) Awards season is currently in full swing and if you're a movie fan, you're probably counting down the days until the entries hit local cinemas.
As La La Land bows out of the theaters, another critically acclaimed movie is on the way: Arrival, which is slated to arrive February 15. Don't worry, though; you don't have to wait that long to see it in cinemas! Columbia Pictures will be screening the film on February 6 and 7 in selected cinemas everywhere.
You can catch early screenings in Trinoma, Glorietta 4, and Market! Market! cinemas. Tickets will be at regular admission prices.
The sci-fi stars Amy Adams as a linguistics professor who must find a way to communicate with aliens who visit Earth—all while mankind is on the verge of global war. The movie also stars Jeremy Renner and Forest Whitaker.
Arrival is nominated for eight Academy Awards, including Best Film, Best Directing, Best Adapted Screenplay, and Best Cinematography. Many critics have hailed it as one of the "best films" of the year.
