Baka Bukas and More Indie Films Are Screening for Free This Month

(SPOT.ph) If it feels like you've burnt through your paycheck this weekend, don't worry; Cinema One Originals is gearing up for their 2017 iteration with a series of free movie screenings starting this month!

From October 23 to 25, UP Cine Adarna will be screening former C1 Originals entries like Petersen Vargas' 2 Cool 2 Be 4gotten, Samantha Lee's Baka Bukas, Bor Ocampo's Dayang Asu, and Keith Deligero's Lily.

You can even relive some old-school kilig with screenings of digitally restored classics like Sana Maulit Muli starring Aga Muhlach and Lea Salonga and Kung Mangarap Ka't Magising starring Christopher de Leon and Hilda Koronel.

Again, all screenings are free and open to everyone. If your schedule is packed this month, they will also be hosting more screenings in other universities!
