James Reid and Nadine Lustre’s New Movie Is Looking All Sorts of Cool

(SPOT.ph) The last time we saw James Reid and Nadine Lustre together on the screen was when they starred in their teleserye Till I Met You earlier in 2017. Since then, James Reid filmed Pedro Penduko as the titular character and released his album, Palm Dreams (with Nadine directing one of his music videos!). Nadine, on the other hand, filmed her first horror flick, The Nurse and became a host on It’s Showtime!

The real-life couple’s last film together was 2016’s This Time, but they’re back with another movie called Never Not Love You. The romance film is written and directed by Antoinette Jadaone, who’s also behind box-office hits like Love You to the Stars and Back, English Only, Please, and That Thing Called Tadhana.

While there’s no word yet on what the story is about, the first photos from the film show a dim, neon-light aesthetic that might just give you some serious Riverdale vibes. James will be playing a character named Gio while Nadine will be playing Joanne.

Never Not Love You is set to be released in early 2018.
