(SPOT.ph) It seemed like only yesterday when you waited for each episode of GMA’s Encantadia every night back when it aired in 2005. It eventually returned in 2016 with a new lineup of actors, but there’s just something about the first cast that’ll always make you nostalgic.
Diehard fans would be thrilled to know that the original Sang’gres (which is the Encantadia term for royalty, btw) a.k.a. Karylle Yuzon, Sunshine Dizon, Iza Calzado, and Diana Zubiri, had a reunion with their director Mark Reyes. But that’s not all! They also hinted at possible upcoming projects together on their Instagram posts.
While Sunshine kept it low-key with her caption, "It’s ladies night," along with Karylle’s "Happy New Year," it was Director Mark’s caption that hinted that there was something more to the meeting.
He captioned his group photo with, "We’re really up to something now!" According to a report by PEP.ph, they also met up with Georgette Tengco, who is affiliated with a streaming service where Iza and Karylle are business partners.
This also isn’t the first time that they gave away clues about working together again. In August 2017, Iza also posted a group photo, captioned with “Sanggre productions” and the hashtag, #comingsoon.
