WATCH: Your Fave Character From Train to Busan Has a Hilarious New Movie About Arm-Wrestling
Well, his arms did save him from those zombies.
(SPOT.ph) If you watched Train to Busan, then you're sure to have cheered (and cried) during the scene where protective father-to-be Sang-hwa (played by Ma Dong-seok otherwise known as Don Lee) sacrifices his life to save his pregnant wife as well as Seok-woo (Gong Yoo) and Seong-kyeong (Jung Yu-mi). It's hard not to love his badass, doesn't-seem-to-give-a-damn-but-actually-does kind of attitude. (Come on, he saved them from zombies by using packaging tape around his arm!) If you loved his character then, you'll look forward to seeing him in Champion, a sports comedy that's set to premiere in the Philippines on May 30.
The movie revolves around Mark (Don Lee) who was adopted by an American family as a kid and returns to his home country of South Korea for an arm-wrestling tournament. (And get this, the competition happens in none other than—you guessed it—Busan.) When he gets to South Korea, Mark looks for the address of his biological mother, only to find that he has a long-lost sister who has her own family. His training for his upcoming tournament and his attempts at getting to know his new family are sure to make you laugh since the trailer is already funny AF.
Champion hits theaters on May 30.
