(SPOT.ph) While he’s teasing fans with the sequel to I’m Drunk, I Love You (called I Love You, I Do), writer-director JP Habac is working on a new hugot-worthy film called Sakaling Maging Tayo. If the title wasn’t already enough of a clue that it’s going to be full of hugot, it’s produced by Black Sheep a.k.a. the studio behind Exes Baggage. Sakaling Maging Tayo is set to premiere on January 16, so you can already add this one to the list of Pinoy films you’re going to watch.
Sakaling Maging Tayo stars Elisse Joson and McCoy de Leon, whose love-team pairing dubbed McLisse already has hordes of fans. Not much has been revealed about the film’s plot, but Habac did say on Twitter that their characters are named Pol and Laya. We’ll just have to wait and see what their love story is going to be about.
