(SPOT.ph) It's not every day that two big Pinoy rock bands share the stage for a gig. And it's especially not every day that one of those bands is reuniting after a few years, either. That's all the more reason to catch Pupil and General Luna when they perform at 19 East in Parañaque on March 9 at 8 p.m. They'll be performing alongside Aspen Way and Rita + The Sauce.

It's the first live performance of all-girl rock band General Luna—composed of lead vocalist Nicole Asensio, bassist Alexis Montemayor, rhythym guitariat Audry Dionisio, lead guitarist Caren Mangaran, and drummer Bea Lao—in five years. You can expect to hear their hits like "Red Heaven," "Tila," "Nandito," "Pagmulat," and "Different Corners."

Pupil's frontman Ely Buendia also posted about the gig on his Instagram account along with a throwback photo of him at a shoot for the band's album, Beautiful Machines. "We’re playing a rare gig with the newly reunited General Luna on March 9 at 19 East. Should be fun!" Fingers crossed they'll be playing their biggest songs like "Nasaan Ka," "Dulo ng Dila," "20/20," "Dianetic," and "Cheap Thrill," to name a few.

Tickets for the gig are at P150 for early birds who arrive on or before 9 p.m. while tickets will be at P250 after 9 p.m. Here's to hoping there'll be more gigs like this soon!
