(SPOT.ph) It has been nearly two decades since Harry Potter first came out in 2001, but now Potterheads are getting another chance to relive the magic. The Harry Potter Film Concert Series Tour is finally making a stop in Manila with Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone on September 14 and 15 at The Theatre at Solaire.Â
In this concert series, the film score will be performed live by the ABS-CBN Philharmonic Orchestra to be led by Gerard Salonga. Originally conducted and composed by John Williams, the tracklist includes the "Prologue," whose opening notes we all know, and the wondrous "Hedwig's Theme," which then became the series' main theme. The work also earned Williams a nomination for the Best Original Score at the 74th Academy Awards in 2002.Â
Prices have yet to be announced, but you can already mark your calendars as tickets go on sale starting June 10, 12 p.m. via TicketWorld's website.Â
