(SPOT.ph) We all know that the Philippines is bursting at the seams with talented dancers. Judging from all the dance contests, viral videos, down to the most outrageous dance crazes, Pinoys know how to bust a move, and it only seems apt to finally have a local film that chronicles the lives of dancers that are brimming with potential.
In Indak, island girl Jen (Nadine Lustre) takes a chance and jumpstarts her dreams of becoming a dancer by heading to the city with Vin, played by Sam Concepcion, who has his eyes set out on taking his crew Indak Pinas to the international stage.
This is the first time that Nadine Lustre will showcase her dancing skills on the big screen. On Twitter, Indak director Paul Basinillo has nothing but praises for Lustre's performance in the film.
Indak is a dance-musical film under Viva Films. It is scheduled to hit cinemas in August 2019.Â
