(SPOT.ph) Calling all toy collectors and pop culture junkies! In case you weren't able to snag the Jollibee Funko Pop or if you're looking to add more toys to your collection, we've got some exciting news: Funko Pop has unveiled the Darna-inspired iteration of their signature vinyl figurines and it will be available at Fun Con 2019 happening at the Glorietta Activity Center from August 2 to 4.

News of the new model was first heard at ToyCon 2019 last June 29 at the SMX Convention Center in Pasay City in a panel celebrating Darna's 70th anniversary. Officially debuting at the Gaslamp Quarter, San Diego's premier entertainment district, the Darna Funko Pop did rounds in the San Diego Comic Con this year and it's where Funko Pop collectors and Filipino-American pop culture enthusiasts were able to see the figure for the very first time. After the figure's first appearance in the U.S., Darna is finally coming home to the Philippines!

In case you need a little more convincing, Darna is the first local superhero to get her own Funko Pop—a good enough reason for you to save a spot on your shelf for this powerful little figurine. Wink, wink!
In the Philippines, Funko Pops are usually priced from P595 to P895.
