WATCH: Half of Friends Just Had a Mini-Reunion for the Emmys

We like to think they're all still roommates!

( The 72nd Primetime Emmy Awards pushed through—2020 be damned—on Sunday night, U.S. time (morning of September 21 locally). Among the guests and stars in virtual attendance were none other than Rachel, Monica, and Phoebe of Friends, a.k.a. Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox, and Lisa Kudrow! The trio joined host Jimmy Kimmel for a fun, nostalgia-filled skit on the awards show.

The brief sketch had Kimmel check on whether Aniston had made it home after presenting an award early on during the ABC broadcast—with Cox stepping into the screen as if she lived there. "We've been living together since 1994, Jimmy," joked Aniston right as Kudrow joined in, too. And trust us, a collective flashback to that episode of the trio chilling on the couch wearing wedding dresses in well, The One With All The Wedding Dresses, definitely went through audiences at home. Jason Bateman, Aniston's Hollywood BFF also popped in before they all had to go for dinner.

Flashback to 1998 when this episode first aired!

Aniston was nominated for Outstanding Lead Actress in a Drama Series for her work in The Morning Show, which Zendaya bagged for her role in Euphoria. Meanwhile, the promised Friends reunion show on HBO Max is still on the table! It was scheduled for release this 2020 but it looks like this mini-reunion will have to do for now.
