WATCH: Did you see the Stranger Things kids rapping at the Golden Globes?
They didn't take home the prize, but they still stole the show!
(SPOT.ph) By now, you've probably already heard La La Land sweeping a record-breaking total of seven awards at this year's Golden Globes. You've probably also seen the kiss between Andrew Garfield and Ryan Reynolds that took the Internet by storm. On the TV front, Stranger Things might have been snubbed, but its young stars still stole the show.
Stars Millie Bobby Brown, Gaten Matarazzo, Caleb McLaughlin, and Finn Wolfhard kicked off the show with a hilarious musical performance in host Jimmy Fallon's opening number. The musical skit also featured the momentary resurrection of fan-favorite Barbs (Shannon Purser) in—where else?—the pool.
That's not all; the detailed song-and-dance number also had cameos from stars across the TV and movie realm, including Nicole Kidman, Amy Adams, Rami Malek, Kit Harington, and Ryan Reynolds.
As for your favorite '80s-inspired sci-fi series, Stranger Things will be back this year.
