10 Celebrity Kids to Keep on Your Radar

They may have showbiz parents, but they're doing just fine outside of the spotlight.

(SPOT.ph) Showbiz clans aren’t a new concept; in fact, we see more and more celebrity kids steadily taking their place in the spotlight. And then there are other kids who are doing just fine with a life away from the limelight. Here, we list 10 showbiz children who have chosen a path beyond the screen...at least for now, anyway.

Tristan Draco Veneracion

Celebrity parents: Ian Veneracion and Pam Gallardo

The eldest child of everyone's favorite leading man was named after two pop culture references: "Draco" from the dragon in the 1996 film Braveheart, and "Tristan" from Brad Pitt's character in the 1994 film, Legends of the Fall. The 18-year-old is into plenty of outdoor sports; he once took a road trip via motorbikes to Sagada with his dad.

Arabella Davao

Celebrity parents: Ricky Davao and Jackie Lou Blanco

Ara Davao has definitely inherited her mom's beautiful genes. She is the couple's third and youngest daughter, with a penchant for the beach, traveling, and outdoor adventures. In one Instagram post, she took on Masungi Georeserve with her friends.

Frankie Pangilinan

Celebrity parents: Kiko Pangilinan and Sharon Cuneta

Sixteen-year-old Frankie is the Megastar's eldest child with Sen. Kiko Pangilinan. She's already been featured in a few magazines, including the April issue of YES!. If she ever formally joins showbiz, she'll fit right in; we hear she inherited her mom's impressive vocals!

Andres Muhlach

Celebrity parents: Aga Muhlach and Charlene Gonzales

It's hard to tell which celebrity parent Andres takes the most after, but one thing is for sure: he has the makings of heartthrob like his dad. In an interview with PEP.ph, Aga said he will only allow his twins, Andres and Atasha, to enter showbiz once they finish school.

Jayda Avanzado

Celebrity parents: Dingdong Avanzado and Jessa Zaragoza

She may only be 13 years old, but Jayda Avanzado is already showing plenty of musical promise. In fact, she already has well over 40,000 fans on her Facebook page, and she's occasionally made appearances in noontime variety shows.

Mica De Leon

Celebrity parents: Christopher De Leon and Sandy Andolong

Not to be confused with her older sister and Binibining Pilipinas-International Mariel De Leon, Mica is a 20-year-old Marketing student at Meridian International College. If her Instagram account is anything to go by, she seems to be quite the art enthusiast, too.

Marela Torre

Celebrity parents: Joel Torre and Christy Azcona

Unlike her father and his prolific acting career, Marela chooses to forego working in front of the cameras. Although spending most of her life outside of the limelight, she recently appeared in YES Magazine's April 2017 issue. She also seems to be an avid boxer and beach bum.
