#FitnessGoals: Lovi Poe tells us the secret to her killer beach bod
The super-fit actress gives us some workout tips!
(SPOT.ph) Award-winning actress Lovi Poe is no stranger to the beach—or flaunting her killer bod while she soaks up some rays. Then again, this fitness buff will be the first to tell you that you don't need a season or special occasion to get started on a fit lifestyle.
In a quick chat with SPOT.ph, Lovi shared some of her workout tips, including hitting the gym every day! "Some days I work extra hard, some [days], I make sure that I have to at least break a sweat," she said.
As for her choice of workout, she makes sure to always switch things up so her body doesn't get used to a routine. "I love Pilates [and] boxing, and I also go to the gym for some cardio and weight training," she explained.
If all this sounds overwhelming to you, Lovi also has some helpful advice for folks who need a bit more motivation to hit the gym. "Don't work out for a body goal," she said. "Create a lifestyle that your future self would thank you for." BRB, shopping for some new workout gear!
