John Lloyd Cruz Flies to Morocco After Taking "Indefinite Leave of Absence"

(SPOT.ph) John Lloyd Cruz once again made headlines over the weekend after ABS-CBN announced that the long-time actor would be taking an "indefinite leave of absence to attend to personal matters." The same statement also confirmed that JLC will be taking his break outside the country.

It looks like his first stop is Casablanca, Morocco, reportedly with Ellen Adarna. According to a report from PEP.ph, Ellen shared posts of their whereabouts in Casablanca via Instagram stories. The actress also posted some playful photos with John Lloyd by the beach (below).

On JLC's end, however, his Instagram posts have been somewhat more vague. He shares several nondescript photos of the streets and their hotel room, as well as a video of a beach soccer game.

This is the rumored couple's first trip, after their much-talked-about getaway in Cebu last September. John Lloyd's last project was the rom-com Finally Found Someone, alongside former leading lady, Sarah Geronimo.

Don't worry, though: according to ABS-CBN's statement, the actor will return to the network once his break is over.
