10 Most Attention-Grabbing Celebrities at ABS-CBN Ball 2018
They'll make you look twice!
(SPOT.ph) The Star Magic Ball may now be known as the ABS-CBN Ball, but that doesn't mean the stars are shining any less on the red carpet. It actually means that more celebrities graced the highly anticipated event—and that more fans are in for a treat. While we kept our eyes peeled for the stars we were most excited to see, we list down the ones that caught our eye and really made our heads turn.
Nadine Lustre and James Reid
The arrival of on- and off-screen partners Nadine Lustre and James Reid was one of the most highly anticipated moments of the night, especially since it's their first time attending the ball. And they didn't disappoint with their fierce and edgy matching outfits. James Reid's suit was made by Michael Cinco while Nadine's black gown was made by Garimon Roferos.
Kim Chiu and Xian Lim
It's impossible to miss Kim Chiu and Xian Lim's outfits when they're so perfectly coordinated with the butterflies-and-floral-print motif. Chiu's ball gown is fit for a princess and Lim is just as dashing.
Yassi Pressman's first time at the ball will be a memorable one for years to come because of her gorgeous gown's rich, deep-red shade. Plus, her bangs make her look feel so effortless!
Never one to shy away from daring and out-of-the-box looks, Arci Muñoz sported bright-pink hair color along with an elegant black dress.
All eyes were probably on teen star Janella Salvador's huge, bright-pink ball gown as it stood out from the rest of the generally neutral-toned dresses.
You can always expect Pia Wurtzbach to level up her look every time she steps on the red carpet, and this time is no exception. Not only did she don a dazzlingy gold long dress, but she also changed up her long hair and went blonde!
Standing out from the crowd is Bela Padilla's feather-embellished lavender gown—with a slit that goes all the way up—for making her look every bit like the leading lady that she is.
It's been a while since fans last saw Anne Curtis on the ball's red carpet (her last one was in 2010!). But her look, a black ball gown with a heavenly tiara that'll make you look twice, was worth the wait.
Update as of October 1, 2018 (10:35 a.m.): Nadine Lustre's gown was made by Garimon Roferos while James Reid's suit was made by Michael Cinco.
