Warm weather junkies might not be happy with the rain and cloudy skies that will make this a wet, windy weekend, but with this list of new things to do in the city, SPOT.ph's weekend guide has you covered:
Friday Night Date at Wagyu Stone Grill. With its understated interiors, Wagyu Stone Grill is one of the newest must-try steak places in the city. Seasoned with nothing but salt and pepper, a slab of Wagyu beef is cooked over a hot stone right on your table. The restaurant is a bit pricey, but it's also a no-fail choice for a date or an intimate get together with friends.

How to get there: From EDSA Northbound, take a right on Ortigas Avenue and drive towards Pasig. Turn left on the intersection of Ortigas Avenue and C-5, and drive straight until you see Eastwood City to your right.
Go to the extreme on Saturday. When the sun peeks through the gray clouds, head on out and drive to Mall of Asia, where power kiters get together every weekend. Learn how to build, launch and land a kite, as well as check out other power kite extreme sports: kite landboarding or static power kiting.

How to get there: From EDSA Southbound, drive straight and cross the intersection of Roxas Boulevard towards SM Mall of Asia.
Spend Sunday at La Mesa Ecopark. The La Mesa Ecopark, the last remaining forest of its size in Manila, has become a popular weekend destination and a great (not to mention healthy)alternative to shopping malls. Housing not only a fitness and mountain bike trail, the La Mesa Ecopark also has an ecomuseum, a boating and fishing lagoon, picnic grounds and an adventure zone where you can rappel, wall climb, try the zipline or get the gang together for a game of paintball.
Where: La Mesa Ecopark, East Fairview Subdivision, Quezon City
How to get there: From Quezon City Circle, drive down Commonwealth Avenue until you reach Fairview. Make a right turn on Winston Street and enter East Fairview Village. There are plenty of signs that read "to the Ecopark" which will lead you to the gate of La Mesa Ecopark.
Movies. Round up the girls for a movie date and drive in a roomy vehicle like the all-new Honda City to see Management, a twisted, bumpy romantic comedy about two people who discover that their place in the world is about being together.
