Comelec site for poll results now online

The website,, where the results of the first automated elections will be posted, is now online, reports GMAnews.TV.

The website will show the precinct results for both the country's 17 regions and the overseas absentee voting (OAV). According to the GMANews.TV report, Comelec spokesman James Jimenez likewise revealed that they expect the first round of unconsolidated precinct results to come in this evening, at about 9 p.m. to 10 p.m. He also stated that they expect to get the bulk of the results at about 3 a.m. on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, local group Parish Pastoral Council for Responsible Voting (PPCRV) has started posting initial poll results on their Twitter account as of 7:30 p.m., based on the updates from the PPCRV command center in Manila. Partial unofficial results are also posted on GMAnews.TV.
