Hollywood actor John Stamos says Charice is his "favorite new cast member"
TV Patrol World video: John Stamos says, "I love Charice; she’s a doll."
In a clip aired by TV Patrol World, Hollywood actor John Stamos, a guest star in Glee, was all praises for Pinay singer Charice, also a guest in the hit show. "She’s my favorite new cast member. I’ve known her for a while. We go to the same singing coach, and I wish the coach would teach me to sing the way she sings. I love Charice; she’s a doll," Stamos said during the ninth annual gala of Operation Smile on September 24 (US time).
According to their official website, Operation Smile is a charity organization that provides free surgeries for children with facial deformities. Stamos, along with Hollywood star Harrison Ford and philanthropist Susan Casden, were honored for their contributions to the organization during the gala. Charice, an Operation Smile ambassador, was supposed to perform with the Glee cast that night. However, ABS-CBNNews.com reported that the event’s publicist said Charice backed out because she caught the flu.
Stamos’ Glee character Dr. Carl, a dentist dating the former flame of New Directions Coach Will Schuester, will make his debut on September 28 (September 29 in the Philippines). Charice’ Sunshine Corazon appeared in the second season premiere last week, but Charice tweeted that she will not be in the second episode. She said, "You’ll see me again. But not gonna say when :)"
