Charice declared "Icon of Tomorrow" in J-14 magazine Teen Icon Awards

International singing sensation Charice won the Icon of Tomorrow award in the teen magazine J-14’s Teen Icon Awards, reports Examiner.com.An announcement was also posted on Charice’s fan site ChariceMania.com on November 2. The post read: "Charice is the winner of J-14 magazine’s Icon of Tomorrow Award! Yes, you heard correctly - she won, she won, she won! We asked you to vote and you responded."
ABS-CBN.com reports that the Glee guest star bested contenders, US stars Belle Thorne, Bridgit Mendler, Frankie Jonas and Greyson Chance, and Cody Simpson from Australia after getting the highest number of votes for the Icon of Tomorrow category.
All winners are featured in the December issue of J-14. According to Examiner.com, "Charice makes a number of appearances throughout the issue, including her feature for the award."

It was in early September when Charice invited her supporters to vote for her in the J-14 magazine’s Teen Icon Awards, reports ABS-CBN.com. The report adds that just recently, Charice ranked number four in the U.S. Billboard’s Top Stars under 21.
