(SPOT.ph) New Market Café Chef de Cuisine Dennis Bacsa kicks off his Hyatt stint with Theme Nights, showcasing specialty dishes for every craving.
Get more out of your buffet experience with Fresh Catch Mondays featuring a wide array of seafood fare prepared the way you want it and gorge on grilled fish steaks, sautéed shrimps, and oven-baked oysters. On Wednesdays, tour the streets of Asia from your seat with Hawker Fare Wednesdays, which offers street delicacies like the Pinoy kwek-kwek, plus dumplings, chicken satay, shish kebabs, fish and chips, and beef sliders, to name a few.
Prime meat and poultry highlight Roasts and Ribs Fridays with hefty dishes like roasted beef, jerk chicken, asado-style skewers, and tender pork ribs. Every Sunday is a feast with Suckling Pig Sundays where you can indulge in juicy pork and its crispy skin.
On regular days, Chef Bacsa said the buffet operates like a mini theme night too. "When something is fresh in the market, we combine it with what we have."
