After their RH Bill spat in Congress, Rep. Josephine Lacson-Noel makes peace with husband Rep. Florencio Noel
ABS-CBNNews.com reports that Malabon-Navotas Rep. Josephine Lacson-Noel and her husband and An Waray party-list Rep. Florencio Bem Noel have made peace after their spat over the the Reproductive Health Bill.
ABS-CBNNews.com reports that Malabon-Navotas Rep. Josephine "Jaye" Lacson-Noel and her husband and An Waray party-list Rep. Florencio "Bem" Noel have made peace after their spat over the the Reproductive Health Bill.
According to the report, Lacson-Noel tweeted on Wednesday that she and her husband were not talking. This was after she publicly confessed that while she supports the RH Bill, her husband is against it.
Then, on Thursday, Lacson-Noel tweeted: "We are OK na! Watched the news together last night about the mall shooting. :( Have a good day, all! :)"
Lacson-Noel belongs to the Soul Sisters for RH Movement, which include female lawmakers who advocate the passage of the RH Bill. Other members of the group include Representatives Kimi Cojuangco, Rosenda Ocampo, Bernadette Herrera-Dy, Emmeline Aglipay, Abigail Ferriols, and Sharon Garin.
