Manny Pacquiao Suits Up for Esquire Philippines, Lovi Poe Bares Almost All
Plus, tips on how to be a man from Manila’s manliest men.
The premiere issue is a primer on "How to Be a Man"
The premiere issue of Esquire Philippines hits newsstands this week with a mighty man on the cover: pound-for-pound champ Manny Pacquiao sans boxing gloves, looking suave in what we dare say would be a Barney Stinson-approved suit. The cover story deconstructs the Pac-Man phenomenon as told by an all-star cast of journalists, namely Pacquiao biographer Gary Andrew Poole, Inquirer's Tina Arceo Dumlao, Oliver X.A. Reyes, Lorely Trinidad, and Patricia Evangelista.
The magazine's October issue also features a sexy spread starring Lovi Poe, and a Lovi Poe tutorial-why she's hot, her poison of choice (hint: it was her dad's favorite drink, too), her secret to a "peaceful slumber," among other telling things. Plus, a social media bonus: a hot video released exclusively on the Esquire Philippines Facebook page showing Poe-wait for it-devouring a cheeseburger (gasp!) in bed wearing just the bare essentials. If that doesn’t whet your appetite, we don’t know what will.
