Nora Aunor diagnosed with acute bronchitis

GMA News, via Balitanghali, reports that actress Nora Aunor, who was rushed to the hospital on Tuesday, October 4, has been diagnosed with acute bronchitis by her doctor at the Cardinal Santos Medical Center in Greenhills, San Juan. It was earlier reported that Aunor was rushed to the hospital because fatigue-induced coughing.

GMA News, via Balitanghali, reports that actress Nora Aunor, who was rushed to the hospital on Tuesday, October 4, has been diagnosed with acute bronchitis by her doctor at the Cardinal Santos Medical Center in Greenhills, San Juan. It was earlier reported that Aunor was rushed to the hospital because fatigue-induced coughing. The Superstar is not confined in the hospital, but she will be back for more tests.

 

Aunor has promised that she is working on quitting smoking. She said that once she kicks the habit, she would personallty tell the youth, "Huwag kayong maninigarilyo."

 

The Philippine Medical Association (PMA) is waiting for that day like Aunor’s fans wait  for her next movie. PMA member Dr. Oscar Tinio said, "That would make a big impact in favor of our anti-smoking drive. People would listen to her and understand what she goen through."
