Llamas said that President Noynoy Aquino has also been invited to be the keynote speaker at the UNHCR meeting in Geneva in December. Llamas likewise revealed that during his Geneva visit, he told the UN body that President Aquino "has a deep appreciation and concern for refugees and displaced persons, having been a political refugee himself along with his late parents."
