Inquirer.net reported earlier that "Grace Galindez-Gupana, chief executive officer of ABS Gen Herbs International Corp., turned over to the city government a P5.5-million, A-shaped ’prayer building’ featuring the Ten Commandments in July." In March this year, Gupana had reportedly commissioned contractors from Nueva Ecija "to design and rush work on the structure located within the Diplomat Hotel compound."

Interaksyon.com quoted Baguio Congressman Bernardo Vergara, who said, "This beautiful and divine edifice will serve to drive away the evils of spirits that time and again emerge. May it drive away evils of illegal drugs, gambling, prostitution."

The Interaksyon.com report also revealed that with the Ten Commandments building, Gupana "topped her previous world record, attained in 2009 when she built a similar 65-square-meter tablet on a hill outside Manila."
