"This fight won’t last six rounds," says Freddie Roach of Manny Pacquiao-Juan Manuel Marquez fight

Inquirer.net reports that Manny Pacquiao’s coach, Freddie Roach, sees a "quick ending" for his ward’s November 12 (November 13, PH time) fight against Juan Manuel Marquez at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. Pacquiao and Marquez fought to a controversial draw in May 2004, before Pacquiao won a narrow split decision in March 2008.

Inquirer.net reports that Manny Pacquiao’s coach, Freddie Roach, sees a "quick ending" for his ward’s November 12 (November 13, PH time) fight against Juan Manuel Marquez at the MGM Grand Garden Arena. Pacquiao and Marquez fought to a controversial draw in May 2004, before Pacquiao won a narrow split decision in March 2008.

 

According to the report, Roach told Igor Frank of the Glendale Boxing Examiner, "This fight won't last six rounds." However, Roach also complimented Marquez, "He looks like he put on some muscle. He's getting a little stronger. Maybe, he'll try to exchange with us. I hope that happens."
