"Ipapatanggal ko ang itlog ko ’pag di bumalik ang mga Arroyo," says Atty. Ferdinand Topacio

ABS-CBNNews.com reports that Atty. Ferdinand Topacio, during his interview with Karen Davila on ANC’s Headstart, made this vow: "I’m willing to do the worst. Ipatatanggal ko ang itlog ko ’pag di bumalik ang mga Arroyo (I’ll have one of my balls removed if the Arroyos don’t return to the country)."

Topacio made the statement to back his argument that his clients should be allowed to leave the country by virtue of the temporary restraining order issued by the Supreme Court.

On Tuesday, November 15, former president and current Pampanga Rep. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo was barred from leaving the coutry. Bureau of Immigration (BI) officials would not allow her to board the plane that would take her to Singapore, where she is scheduled for a check-up on November 17.

Topacio told Davila that he was willing to risk one of his balls because he believed that if they’re allowed to leave, the Arroyos would most certainly return to the country to face the charges against them. "I’m a good judge of character," Topacio emphasized.
