Interaksyon.com, citing Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo’s spokesperson Elena Bautista-Horn, reports that the former president has postponed her scheduled trip to Singapore today, Thursday (November 17), because she is "too weak."

In a radio interview, Horn revealed, "Nag-decide siya na hindi nya kakayanin ang similar na pangyayari. Minabuti niya na ipahinga ang sarili ngayong araw (She decided that she can’t stand a similar incident. She thought it best to just get some rest today)." The "incident" being referred to was obviously the melee that broke out at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) when Arroyo was barred from leaving by Bureau of Immigration (BI) officials.

Horn added that Arroyo has been put on an intravenous drip since Wednesday, November 16. She was brought to the St. Luke’s Medical Center in Bonifacio Global City in Taguig right after the NAIA debacle.
