DSWD revives campaign vs. street caroling

ABS-CBNNews.com reports that the Department of Social Welfare and Development (DSWD) has "renewed its drive against caroling by street children" in Metro Manila thoroughfares.

DSWD Secretary Dinky Soliman said the activity makes children prone to accidents. As such, the Manila Police District has been tasked to round up street children who are caroling and turn them over to the DSWD.
