(SPOT.ph) Procter & Gamble has launched the P&G Virtual Quest Augmented Reality (AR) mobile application, an app designed to bring the way you access information to a whole new level. This innovation, inspired by Ariel Stainlift with 3D technology, which goes beyond the fabric's surface to eliminate deep-seated dirt and stains, aims to make information gathering a virtual and 3D experience.
The Next Level Augmented Reality app, in line with P&G's mantra of "Touching Lives, Improving Life," allows you to view P&G product information with just one scan using your camera phone. Scan images from P&G product packs, shelves, and print ads on your next trip to the supermarket and you will see hologram logos and TV commercials. You may also be redirected to a website where you can access more information. This P&G innovation uses highly sensitive image recognition technology to bring you a complete 3D experience. P&G Virtual Quest also offers exclusive content and acts as a tool for you to join promos, ensuring you'll make informed consumer choices and get more value for your money. The introduction of the P&G Virtual Quest app coincides with the launch of the Ariel Scan,Watch and Win Promo, which runs until February 10. Those interested to join only need to download P&G Virtual Quest and use it to scan Ariel 3D Stainlift logos found in Ariel packs and materials. An Ariel commercial will then be shown followed by a numeric code. Submit the code by verifying your app user information and get a chance to win a Sharp fully automated washing machine. Only five entries-each with its own unique code-are allowed per day. A participant can only win once in the entire duration of the promo. Daily winners will be selected during the weekly draws.
