Security guard falls to death from Malate building

ABS-CBNNews.com reports that on Thursday, February 16 (just minutes past midnight), security guard Felix Begino, 56, fell from the 4th floor of Tetra Global Building along Vasquez Street in Malate. The report quoted a witness named Neil Lomibao, who said he saw Begino hit a vehicle parked in front of the building before falling to the ground. Lomibao was reportedly "inside a computer shop on the building's ground floor when the incident occurred."

The report revealed Nelio Balcueva-Begino's relative and security agency general manager-said nobody saw how Begino fell from the building. The report noted: "The police said they are not ruling out the possibility of a foul play."
