Malacañang "hands off" on possible electoral sabotage case vs. Migz Zubiri
Journal Online reports: "Malacañang tossed to the Department of Justice the possible inclusion of former Sen. Miguel Zubiri in the electoral sabotage case filed against former President and current Pampanga Rep. Gloria Macapagal Arroyo in connection with the alleged cheating in Maguindanao in the 2007 mid-term elections."

Gloria Macapagal Arroyo in connection with the alleged cheating in Maguindanao in the 2007 mid-term elections."
The report quoted deputy presidential spokesperson Abigail Valte, who said, "Well, that is something that will have to be determined by the Department of Justice (if there are) circumstances that could warrant the inclusion of the former senator."
Journal Online noted that aside from Arroyo, former Commission on Elections chairman Benjamin Abalos and former Maguindanao governor Andal Ampatuan Sr. have also been charged with the alleged poll fraud.
