UP professor and Inquirer columnist Randy David’s house strafed by unidentified armed men

ABS-CBNNews.com reports that unidentified armed men strafed the house of Philippine Daily Inquirer columnist and professor Randy David in the University of the Philippines campus in Quezon City on Tuesday night, at around 8:50 p.m., April 24.

ABS-CBNNews.com reports that unidentified armed men strafed the house of Philippine Daily Inquirer columnist and professor Randy David in the University of the Philippines campus in Quezon City on Tuesday night, at around 8:50 p.m., April 24. David’s car, a Toyota Innova, was also hit. The report revealed that "no one was injured in the shooting." The report noted that "David and his nephew were inside the house when the shooting occurred."

 

According to the initial police report, "a .45 caliber and a 9mm pistol were used by the suspects based on the bullets retrieved at the crime scene." The report also added that the "three unidentified men were on board a white Toyota FX."

 

The investigation is now ongoing.
