Inquirer.net reports that Philippine Daily Inquirer columnist and radio broadcaster Ramon "Mon" Tulfo on Monday, May 7, filed grave coercion and physical injury charges against Raymart Santiago and Claudine Barretto a day after the celebrity couple and some companions allegedly ganged up on him at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport. The report said Tulfo "brought" his black eye to the Prosecutor's Office as evidence.

GMA News Online, meanwhile, reports that Santiago also intends to file a complaint against Tulfo. "Opo (yes)," was Santiago's reported answer when asked by radio dzBB if he intends to file a complaint against the veteran newspaper columnist.

In a separate report by InterAksyon.com, a woman who claims to have witnessed the brawl corroborated the claims of the couple that Tulfo had kicked Barretto moments prior to the scuffle. The woman, who had also arrived at NAIA Terminal 3 within the same hour as Tulfo and Santiago and Barretto, said she was within 20 meters and "hearing distance" of the three personalities last Sunday when the fight erupted.
