DILG urged to release carjackers’ "blue book," which allegedly lists "officials in cahoots with syndicates"

ABS-CBNNNews.com reports that Arsenio "Boy" Evangelista-father of carjack-slay victim Venson Evangelista-is "repeating his call for Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Jesse Robredo to reveal the contents of an alleged ’blue book’ that supposedly contains the names of officials in cahoots with carjacking syndicates."

ABS-CBNNNews.com reports that Arsenio "Boy" Evangelista-father of carjack-slay victim Venson Evangelista-is "repeating his call for Interior and Local Government (DILG) Secretary Jesse Robredo to reveal the contents of an alleged ’blue book’ that supposedly contains the names of officials in cahoots with carjacking syndicates."

 

In an interview broadcast over dzMM, Evangelista claimed that the said "blue book" allegedly "lists the names of Land Transportation Office (LTO), car insurance and police officials helping car syndicates get away with their crimes." Evangelista said, "Ang ganda sana po noon dahil alam ko maraming mga personalities doon na magugulat po kayo na nakasama (It would be good if they release it because I know a lot of people will be shocked by the personalities included in the list."

 

The report noted that Evangelista issued his statement about the "blue book" after Alfred Mendiola, the star witness in the killing of his son, was found dead in Cavite on Sunday, May 6.
