ABS-CBNNews.com reports that on Wednesday, August 8, British pop duo Tears For Fears-composed of Curt Smith and Roland Orzabal-announced that they will give aid to the victims of the massive flooding in Manila. The report cited the statement posted on Snith’s official website by his manager, which said, "Tears For Fears announced today that they'll be donating all proceeds from merchandise sales at their August 10 & 11 Smart Araneta Coliseum shows to aid Manila Flood Relief."

 

Tears for Fears is set to hold concerts on Friday (August 10) and Saturday (August 11) at the Smart Araneta Coliseum. The report noted that Smith had also tweeted: "Much love to all my Filipino friends dealing with the devastating weather & floods, we will attempt to bring some good cheer with us."
