Robert Blair Carabuena delivers public applogy at MMDA office; But MMDA will still pursue case against him for slapping a traffic enforcer

GMA News Online reports that Robert Blair Carabuena-the motorist who got flak after he was caught on video berating traffic enforcer Saturnino "Sonny" Fabros and hitting him-went to the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) headquarters on Thursday, August 23, to deliver a public apology.

GMA News Online reports that Robert Blair Carabuena-the motorist who got flak after he was caught on video berating traffic enforcer Saturnino "Sonny" Fabros and hitting him-went to the Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) headquarters on Thursday, August 23, to deliver his public apology.

Despite that, the MMDA will still pursue charging Carabuena and his brother Robert Benjamin with direct assault because of their offense against Fabros. The traffic enforcer claimed that the latter had held him while the former slapped him.
