BPI set to increase fees for withdrawals made via other banks’ ATMs starting October 22

ABS-CBNNews.com reports that on Sunday, September 30, the Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) announced on its website that starting October 22 "it would raise ATM withdrawal fees to ₱15 for transactions made using other banks’ ATM machines.

The current fee for withdrawals made via other banks’ ATMs is ₱10.

 

The report noted that BPI emphasized that "the use of BPI ATMs as well as point-of-sale terminals through Express Payment System ’will remain free of charge.’"
