GMA News Online reports that on Wednesday, October 10, "Malacañang, through Republic Act No. 9849, declared October 26, 2012 (a Friday) to be a regular non-working holiday throughout the country, in celebration of the Islamic holiday Eidul Adha, or the Day of Sacrifice."
