Saboten Tonkatsu Restaurant set to open in April 2013 at Serendra in Bonifacio Global City

De la Rosa noted: "Saboten began in 1966 in Tokyo, Japan, and became one of the largest chains to specialize in tonkatsu (pork cutlets), a popular dish in Japan that's often served with unlimited shredded cabbage and miso soup. This hugely popular Japanese restaurant chain has flourished into one of the largest Tonkatsu chains with over 500 locations worldwide."
