(SPOT.ph) In a press release sent to SPOT.ph, Globe Telecom clarified the reports regarding the "service disruption" set to happen from March 2 to 5.
"We wish to clarify that there will be NO SERVICE DISRUPTION to our customers," the letter reads, "Customers shall be able to call, text, and access the Internet and application normally."
Postpaid promo services will also function normally but Globe will be unable to process new registrations for these promos. Customers are encouraged to subscribe before March 2 or after March 5.
