Project Runway judge Nina Garcia set to grace Philippine Fashion Week

InterAksyon.com reports that Project Runway judge and Marie Claire creative director Nina Garcia will be in Manila on Friday, May 24, to grace a fashion advocacy program called JAG Origins during the annual Philippine Fashion Week. According to the report, JAG Origins is a forum that "aims to serve as a creative platform to spread art, design and creative inspiration among young Filipino students and budding fashion entrepreneurs."

 

The report describes Garcia as a "20-year fashion industry veteran who's considered as one of the world's leading experts in fashion and one of the most influential editors." Aside from judging Project Runway, Garcia also makes a regular appearance as a style expert on shows like Good Morning America and The Today Show.
