Schools invited to bid on 1,395-square meter lot in Bonifacio Global City

Darwin Amojelar of InterAksyon.com reports that the government-owned Bases Conversion and Development Authority (BCDA) "is seeking bidders for the long-term lease and development of a school in Bonifacio Global City (BGC)."

According to the report, the 1, 395 square meter property that BCDA intends to lease "is the last remaining vacant lot at the institutional area of BGC." BCDA's Asset Disposition Program Committee has issued a statement telling interested bidders to purchase "the terms of reference (TOR) at the BCDA Corporate Center, 2nd Floor Bonifacio Technology Center, 31st street, Crescent Park West, BGC from May 24 to June 11 for a non-refundable fee of P50,000, payable to BCDA through manager's check."

The pre-bid conference will be held at 10 a.m. on June 11.
