Serendra shuts down centralized LPG distribution system in condo units

ABS-CBNNews.com reports that "the Serendra Condominium Corporation has agreed to shut down the entire centralized liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) distribution system in their condo units following an explosion in Two Serendra, which was allegedly caused by a gas leak."

The report was based on the tweet posted by Interior and Local Government Secretary Mar Roxas that said "Ayala Land president Tony Roxas sent him a text message about the decision to shut down the piped-in gas system in Serendra as well as plans to inspect all gas systems in the area."

"Roxas earlier said a gas leak, and not a bomb, likely caused the explosion at Unit 501b of Two Serendra last May 31, that killed 3 people," the report noted.
