Beauty queen born with only one arm to compete in Miss America pageant

News5 and InterAksyon.com report that Nicole Kelly will be the first beauty queen with only one arm to join the Miss America pageant on September 15.

According to the report, the 23-year old will be competing in the pageant after being recently crowned as Miss Iowa. Kelly's official Miss Iowa biography quoted her as saying that "from baseball, to dance, to diving - there is nothing I would not try."
